These General Terms and Conditions (GTC / ASZF — Általános Szerződési Feltételek) govern the purchase of products through the organisr online store at organisr.io. By placing an order, you agree to these terms.
2. Products
organisr offers custom 3D-printed drawer organizers manufactured to the customer's exact specifications. Each product is produced only after the customer submits their design (drawer dimensions and compartment layout) and completes payment.
Products are made from PLA (polylactic acid) bioplastic. Dimensions are as specified by the customer at the time of ordering. Minor manufacturing tolerances of ±0.5 mm are inherent to the FDM 3D-printing process.
3. Ordering Process
- Design — Use the online designer to set your drawer dimensions and draw compartments on the grid.
- Add to cart — Review your design and add it to your shopping cart.
- Checkout — Provide your shipping address and complete payment.
- Confirmation — You will receive an order confirmation email with your design specifications.
- Production — Your organizer is 3D-printed to your specifications.
- Shipping — Your order is dispatched and you receive tracking information.
A binding contract is formed when you receive the order confirmation email. Prior to that, the order constitutes only an offer from the customer.
4. Pricing and VAT
All prices displayed on the website are in Hungarian Forints (HUF) and include 27% VAT (ÁFA) as required by Hungarian law. The final price including VAT is displayed at checkout before payment is taken.
Pricing is based on the dimensions of the organizer (surface area and height). The exact price is calculated and displayed in the designer before checkout.
5. Payment
Payment is accepted via credit and debit card through Stripe. Payment is processed securely by Stripe Inc.; we do not store card details. Full payment is required before production begins.
6. Delivery
Orders are shipped within Hungary via Magyar Posta (MPL) standard parcel service. Estimated delivery times:

Shipping costs: [TODO: actual shipping cost table]. Shipping costs are displayed at checkout. Free shipping may be offered above a certain order value — see current promotions on the website.
Risk of loss passes to the customer upon delivery to the carrier.
7. Right of Withdrawal — Important Notice for Custom Products
The standard 14-day right of withdrawal (elállási jog) under Government Decree 45/2014 does not apply to organisr products.
Pursuant to Article 29(1)(c) of Government Decree 45/2014 (VIII.26.) on the detailed rules of contracts between consumers and businesses, the right of withdrawal is excluded for goods that are not prefabricated and were produced based on the consumer's instructions or at the consumer's express request, or for goods that are clearly personalised for the consumer.
Each organisr product is manufactured to your exact specifications and dimensions. By confirming your order, you acknowledge that your right of withdrawal is excluded on this basis and you explicitly request the commencement of production.
8. Warranty
We provide a 2-year warranty of conformity (kellékszavatosság) under Hungarian Civil Code (Act V of 2013). The product must conform to the specifications submitted by the customer at the time of ordering.
Warranty does not cover:
- Damage caused by improper use or storage
- Normal wear and tear
- Dimensional differences within the ±0.5 mm manufacturing tolerance
- Color variations inherent to the 3D-printing process
To make a warranty claim, contact us at hello@organisr.io with your order number and a description of the issue.
9. Complaint Handling
Complaints may be submitted by email to hello@organisr.io. We will acknowledge your complaint within 2 working days and provide a substantive response within 30 days.

10. Applicable Law
These terms are governed by Hungarian law. Any disputes that cannot be resolved through complaint handling or conciliation shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of Hungarian courts.
